Simple, and effective
Looking for a non-invasive method (i.e., a secondary card, Wake on LAN, or others) of turning my computer on with Alexa commands, I chose the SwitchBot Hub and SwitchBot Bot (in the combo) for the task.
Setup was easy, and incorporation with Alexa was simple too.
My computer’s power button takes a bit more pressure, or is deeper than the Bot can press, but adding a little more material to the end gave it enough down-force/distance to make it work and it’s fantastic, working every time.

I haven’t bought into the rest of the ecosystem yet, but this was the primary reason for the purchase, and after a week, it is still working wonderfully as planned.
